About Miniature Minds
Welcome to Miniature Minds, where tiny creations make big impacts! Founded in 2025 in Morayfield, QLD, we’re more than just a hobby studio—we’re a therapeutic community space where miniature painting and building become tools for connection, growth, and joy.

About Us
Our Vision
We empower individuals—including those with disabilities and from diverse backgrounds—through the therapeutic magic of tabletop miniatures. Our workshops blend creativity with social connection, helping people reduce isolation, build confidence, and find their tribe.

What We Offer
Therapeutic Miniature Arts Programs are designed to support:
• Mental Well-being (stress relief, focus, accomplishment)
• Skill Development (fine motor control, patience, creativity)
• Social Growth (communication, teamwork, belonging)
Choose Your Experience:
• 1-on-1 Coaching: Personalised, judgment-free skill-building
• Small Group Classes (5 max): Structured social practice with icebreakers and team projects
• Inclusive Formats: Sensory-friendly in-person sessions or virtual classes
*Perfect for ages 13+—no experience needed! All materials provided.*

Why We’re Different
"Miniature Minds creates a judgment-free space where every brushstroke builds confidence, combating loneliness while teaching rewarding skills."
Our founder, Aaron O’Rourke (an Army veteran and Warhammer collector since 2003), started Miniature Minds after struggling to find local, supportive hobby spaces. His own journey using miniatures for mental and physical rehab inspired a studio where progress trumps perfection.
